Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. It simply means that the products are still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can secure the size or item you want.

Each collection available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping dates. These dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to shipment held by customs but we will do our best to update you with any changes.

Pre-order items are expected to arrive at Mincier within 10-14 days from the last day of the pre-order period. A full deposit will be taken for your pre-order purchase (e-transfer payments must be made within an hour of your purchase) Once your order is ready, we will notify you by text or email. If you choose to have your order to be shipped, we will email you with the tracking information.
 
Please kindly note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
