Pre-order items
Please kindly note, all of our items are made-to-order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.

Sale items 
Unfortunately, sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are final and cannot be returned. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mincier.ca. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.
